All jokes aside, this is Alexandru Costache, actually my grandfather, national champion at bodybuilding in Romania. He won 9 times consecutively, every time on first place when he conquered. Now, he keeps up his routine and trains approximately everyday for about 30 to 40 minutes. He’s a legend, I know.
And, he agreed to do a collaboration with Serban for a small start in the gym wear zone.
