Serban Incorporated & Partners offers services including DTF printing, arms trading (pending authorization), and other commercial activities. All transactions, including orders or inquiries about arms brokering, are subject to separate agreements and applicable laws:
Orders: Payment terms, delivery, and refunds will be specified in your order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.
Arms Trading: All arms-related activities will comply with Romanian and EU regulations (e.g., Law No. 295/2004, EU Directive 91/477/EEC). No transactions will proceed without proper authorization from the General Inspectorate of Romanian Police (IGPR).
SEAP Bidding: Information on government contracts is for informational purposes only. We are not liable for outcomes of bidding processes.
4. Privacy
Your personal information (e.g., name, email, phone number) provided through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined therein. Non-personal submissions (e.g., comments, suggestions) are not considered confidential and may be used by Serban Incorporated & Partners without restriction.
