Return Policy.

At Serban, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your product.

Conditions for Returns:

Timeframe: You have 30 days to return your items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it:

Unused and undamaged: The item must not show any signs of wear or damage.

Original packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging, including any labels or tags.

Non-Returnable Items:

Items that are damaged or show obvious signs of wear will not be accepted for returns. If the item is worn out or damaged, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of the item.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds:

Exchanges:
