SPECIFICATIONS

Chemical Composition: Fluorinated hydrocarbon polymers, with fluorine content (66–70%) tailored for superior chemical and thermal resistance.


Forms:

  • Bales: Solid blocks for molding high-performance seals and gaskets.

  • Rolls: Thin sheets for extrusion into hoses and O-rings.

  • Sheets: Flat panels for gaskets and linings in chemical processing.

  • Pellets: Granular form for compounding and injection molding.


Weights:

  • Bales: 20–25 kg per bale.

  • Rolls: 10–40 kg per roll.

  • Sheets: 10–40 kg per sheet bundle.

  • Pellets: 20–50 kg per bag.

Grades:

  • Low Fluorine (66%): Balanced flexibility for automotive seals.

  • High Fluorine (70%): Superior chemical resistance for aerospace and energy applications.

  • Bisphenol-Cured: Standard grade for general high-temperature use.

  • Peroxide-Cured: Enhanced chemical resistance for harsh environments.

Physical Properties:

  • Tensile Strength: 10–20 MPa (per ISO 37), suitable for durable seals and O-rings.

  • Elongation at Break: 150–300%, ensuring flexibility in high-stress applications.

  • Hardness: 60–90 Shore A, ideal for gaskets and hoses.

  • Chemical Resistance: Excellent, per ASTM D471, for fuel and solvent exposure.

Sizes:

  • Bales: 50 x 30 x 15 cm (standard bale size).

  • Rolls: 50–120 cm width, 0.5–4 mm thickness.

  • Sheets: 100–150 cm width, 1–8 mm thickness.

  • Pellets: 1–5 mm particle size.
