We supply Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) in forms like bales, sheets, and crumbs, designed for seals, gaskets, hoses, and O-rings in demanding environments. SPECIFICATIONS

Chemical Composition: Copolymer of acrylonitrile (18–50%) and butadiene (50–82%), with adjustable acrylonitrile content for enhanced oil and chemical resistance.

Forms:

  • Bales: Solid blocks for molding seals and gaskets.

  • Rolls: Thin sheets for extrusion into hoses and belts.

  • Latex: Liquid form for coatings and dipped products like gloves.

Weights:

  • Bales: 25–35 kg per bale.

  • Rolls: 10–50 kg per roll.

  • Latex: 200 kg per drum.

Grades:

  • Low ACN (18–22%): Flexible grades for general-purpose seals.

  • Medium ACN (28–34%): Balanced grades for automotive gaskets.

  • High ACN (38–50%): High oil resistance for fuel hoses and seals.

  • Carboxylated NBR (XNBR): Enhanced abrasion resistance for industrial use.

Physical Properties:

  • Tensile Strength: 10–15 MPa (per ISO 37), suitable for durable seals.

  • Elongation at Break: 300–500%, ensuring flexibility in hoses.

  • Hardness: 50–80 Shore A, ideal for gaskets and gloves.

  • Oil Resistance: Excellent, per ASTM D471, for fuel and oil contact applications.

Sizes:

  • Bales: 60 x 30 x 15 cm (standard bale size).

  • Rolls: 50–150 cm width, 0.5–5 mm thickness.
