SPECIFICATIONS

Chemical Composition: Polyisoprene (C5H8)n, a natural elastomer derived from Hevea brasiliensis latex, with minor impurities (e.g., proteins, resins) tailored for specific applications.

Forms:

  • Ribbed Smoked Sheets (RSS): Thin, smoked sheets for high-quality rubber products.

  • Technically Specified Rubber (TSR): Block rubber for industrial use.

  • Latex: Liquid form for gloves and adhesives.

  • Crepe: Thin, rolled sheets for specialized applications.

Weights:

  • RSS: 25–35 kg per bale.

  • TSR: 25–35 kg per bale.

  • Latex: 200 kg per drum.

  • Crepe: 10–25 kg per roll.

Grades:

  • RSS 1–5: Premium to standard grades for high-quality applications (e.g., tires).
